CONDOMINIUM RULES

All condominium rules are supplemental to the Condominium By-Laws that are found beginning on page 254 of the Condominium Offering Plan.

Rules are designed to govern and regulate the use, occupancy, and enjoyment of the condominium units and the general common areas of the community. They help ensure an efficient and orderly management and administration of the property for the common benefit of all residents.

Violation of these rules may be considered a cause for suspension of all recreational privileges including use of the swimming pool.  Non-payment of common charge assessments, house fines, and late fees may also cause suspension of privileges.
